Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided


Guirla Talent Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and referral services to businesses (“Clients”) seeking to hire employees. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes or candidate performance.


2. Contingent Placement Fees


Our services are offered on a contingent basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.


  • A placement fee is due upon the successful hire of any candidate introduced by Guirla Talent Solutions. 
  • A “hire” includes full-time, part-time, temporary, or contract engagement. 
  • Payment is due upon candidate acceptance of an offer or start date (whichever occurs first). 


3. Candidate Ownership


All candidates introduced by Guirla Talent Solutions are considered our referrals.


If a Client hires a candidate:


  • Directly or indirectly 
  • Within six (6) months of introduction 


The placement fee is due.


4. No Circumvention


Clients agree not to bypass Guirla Talent Solutions to hire candidates introduced by us without paying the agreed placement fee.


5. Client Responsibilities


Clients are solely responsible for:


  • Interviewing and hiring decisions 
  • Background checks and screening 
  • Employment verification 
  • Compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations 


6. No Guarantees


Guirla Talent Solutions provides pre-screened candidates based on available information but does not guarantee:


  • Candidate performance 
  • Continued employment 
  • Accuracy of candidate-provided information 


7. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guirla Talent Solutions shall not be liable for any damages arising from:


  • Hiring decisions made by Clients 
  • Actions or performance of candidates 
  • Business losses related to employment outcomes 


8. Payment Terms


Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.


9. Modifications


We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
