Most clients receive 2–5 qualified candidates within a few days, depending on the role and requirements. We aim to keep your Total time-to-hire to less than 30 days, from the time we start working on the role to final offer acceptance.

No. Our services are 100% contingent, meaning you only pay once you hire a candidate we introduce. Candidates introduced by Guirla Talent Solutions remain our referrals for a period of 6 months. Any hire within this period is subject to placement fees.
We offer a replacement guarantee. If the hire doesn’t work out within the agreed period, we’ll provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost, as a one time courtesy.
We do not conduct background checks directly. However, we can recommend trusted providers, and most clients complete these as part of their hiring process.
